How can you help me?

By utilizing a multidisciplinary and client centered approach, our goal is to return you or your loved one to life.  

When is the next available appointment?

Each individual client has their specific needs and new patient appointments will be scheduled based upon acuity of needs and availability of appointments.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open from Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm. However, once a month we are open on Wednesdays from 9am-6pm. Call our office at (630) 410-1128 to inquire.

What insurance do you take?

Medicare, BCBS, Cigna, Humana (PPO/HMO). Give our office a call at (630) 410-1128 for further information. 

Is Parkinson’s Disease treatable?

Yes, and we do our best to provide client centered care with an interdisciplinary team. We strive to control movements and help you or your loved one return to their life.

Are there any holistic treatments available?

While we practice the most state of the art gold standard of care for Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders, we have a relationship with Green Care Medical for our CBD and cannabis referrals. We also have an in-house occupational therapist to provide expertise when needed. We strive to treat the mind, body, and soul. 

Why is exercise so important in the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease?

For people with Parkinson’s Disease (PD), exercise is more than healthy — it is a vital component to maintaining balance, mobility and activities of daily living. Exercise and physical activity can improve many PD symptoms. According to Parkinson’s Foundation studies show that establishing early exercise habits and exercising at least 2.5 hours per week is essential to overall disease management.

Do you all offer exercise classes?

We offer exercise classes on Wednesdays. Currently we are scheduling private classes and offering package deals. Give our office a call at (630) 410-1128 for further information or to schedule a class. 

Do you use BOTOX® to treat dystonia?
